Responsibilities deliver training programmes for youths (11-21 years old) through experiential learning, impart leadership, life & learning skills through interactive lesson plans, assess needs of the youth and provide coaching to help them reach their fullest potential, attend regular training and development opportunities to increase relevancy and knowledge of youth development. Requirements must be willing to work and interact with youths, must be 20 years old and above, relevant experience and knowledge of singapores education landscape (e.g. moe education system, cca, volunteers in youth organizations / community services), ability to teach and facilitate learning in an engaging and relevant way, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, a desire to grow, learn and try new things, no experience required, though experience working with youths preferred. Commitment mandatory train-the-trainer sessions, freelance basis, no minimum hours, advised to keep 5th and 6th september 2019 and 2nd to 10th january 2020 free (peak season is january to march), the more training workshops you attend/deliver, the more experience you have, the more you grow to see results of personal growth, a minimum commitment of 6 months is needed. Remuneration trainer from $20 / hour onwards (dependent on educational qualification and experience), facilitator $12 / hour, growth opportunities, communication and logical reasoning skills.  Classroom management - On-the-job experience of conducting classes and being mentored by experienced trainers. Increase connection and relevance with youth, addressing mindsets, issues and equipping them for the future, develop public speaking abilities and increase dynamism in responding to audiences, sharpen your thought processes and questioning technique.
