About the role

At Toll Group, we move the businesses that move the world. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in leading end‑to‑end delivery of global technology initiatives across complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing technical change programs, ensuring successful rollout, strong governance and clear stakeholder communication. A day in the life of a Technical Product Manager, at Toll Group

Plan and manage delivery schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved
Lead global rollout and communication plans across multiple regions
Lead the insourcing of CW1 capability in Toll to manage risks, costs and quality
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and delivery partners
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders and governance forums
Oversee post‑implementation validation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
Postgraduate qualifications (desirable)
Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar (desirable)
Relevant experience in technical or program delivery environments
Exposure to enterprise IT services or global organisations
Ability to work across multiple time zones when require
Skills & experience

Proven experience delivering technical initiatives in complex environments using Cargowise 1
Strong planning, coordination and execution capability
Experience with global technology rollouts and change management
Solid understanding of release and deployment processes
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting skills
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivery outcomes
