Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within Ruby’s brand-new Ballarat service. As Team Leader, you’ll guide and support a passionate team to deliver therapeutic, family-centred support, helping young people (aged 12–17) and their families reduce conflict, strengthen connections and stay together safely at home.

You’ll oversee the service stand-up and day-to-day operations of Ruby’s therapeutic residence, making sure it’s a safe and welcoming environment where families can rebuild their relationships. You’ll also coach and supervise the Family Worker team and Counsellor, building their capability to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive support.

At Ruby’s, we believe that, where safe, home is the best place for a young person to be. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in making that possible for families across the Ballarat region.
