Team Administrator Bayleys Realty Group location Auckland.

Bayleys in Takapuna are looking for a customer focused administrator to support a team of residential real estate sales consultants. The role is very systems and processes driven but includes a diverse range of administration tasks.

The successful applicant will share the front desk workstation of this centrally located office. It is expected that you will share a passion for real estate, be an exceptional multitasker and take pride in working with some of the best in the business and enjoy being part of a successful and fun team.

You will work autonomously and manage your own workflow ensuring that you adhere to deadlines. As an administrator for a team, you will work closely with the salespeople helping them produce marketing collateral that will result in properties being sold. You will also work closely with the Branch Manager providing support as required.

Other responsibilities include liaising with internal and external contacts, entering listings, preparing property Sale and Purchase agreements, property submissions, vendor reports etc, coordinating marketing campaigns and auctions, A  variety of other relevant administration duties using a property specific CRM system called Property Suite.

You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite and real estate experience is definitely an advantage. This role is full-time and has become available due to an internal transfer.
