Provide efficient and effective administration support to a busy National Manager and wider management team. Permanent full time or part-time hours considered, Wellington City based location. Some Hybrid working arrangements possible. Salary ranges from $56,425 - $66,630 with KiwiSaver and wellness benefits.

About the role as a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator you will be responsible for effective and efficient administrative support to the National Manager of Standards New Zealand, and wider Standards New Zealand management team.

You will be accountable for providing a high level of PA support to the National Manager and wider Standards New Zealand management team to ensure they are able to effectively perform their role and efficiently use their time and skill to help deliver MBIE's outcomes. You will use strong relationship management and organisational skills to process assigned tasks and deliver results.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, reliable, sets high standards of quality and performance for themselves, has a strong work ethic, exhibits self-initiative and a positive, proactive approach to their work ensuring tasks are completed to a high level of detail and quality. Skills and Experience required proven track record of experience and achievement in providing personal assistant and administrative support. Demonstrated agility in supporting a busy senior leader and responding to changes in priorities. Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems, processes, tools and resources.

Sound relationship management and communication skills. High standard of computer literacy and word processing. Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment. Willingness to work across the business as needs arise to help out on different fronts. Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
