Your role as a Graduate Surveyor, you will work under our licensed surveyor, gaining hands-on experience and expert guidance to help you become licensed. Gain exposure to topographical surveys, land transfer surveys, and engineering setouts. Assist in data collection, processing, and drafting plans. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and councils to deliver quality surveying solutions.

As a Survey Technician, you will take on a variety of technical surveying tasks, from fieldwork to data processing. Utilise the latest surveying equipment and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Work on as-builts, high-precision engineering setouts, monitoring work, and more. Support ongoing development of surveying methods and best practices.

Who We’re Looking for whether you’re a Graduate Surveyor or a Survey Technician, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about surveying and keen to develop their skills.

For Graduate Surveyors BSurv or Diploma in Surveying. Interest in progressing toward licensing, with mentorship provided. Strong technical skills and familiarity with 12d, Magnet Office, AutoCAD, and Landonline.

For Survey Technicians Diploma in Surveying or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in a technician role. Proficiency in survey equipment and software, with a focus on technical execution and fieldwork.

For Both roles excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people. Ability to work effectively both in the field and office, depending on project demands. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
