About the role diagnose errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions for products and solutions. Manage all on-site commissioning, maintenance and test tasks. Research and source parts from suppliers and manufacturers. Utilise project management and business platforms as instructed. Conduct basic mechanical and electrical repairs as required.
Strict adherence to Safety Principles and practices and ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner at all time. Communicating and collaborating effectively and positively with all staff and customers to build relationships, maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensure customer satisfaction. Support application software by analysing and fixing problems. API platforms enablement and manage the architecture.
