About the Role:
The Support Services Officer is responsible for the provision of high-level customer service and administrative/operational support to clients, staff, internal and external stakeholders of Sonder in a confidential, proficient and friendly manner.

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focussed administrative and front of house support
Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries from members of the public, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service.
Qualification and Other Requirements:

Current National Police Clearance
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential.
