As our Support Officer based in Porirua, you will own the support functions for Employment New Zealand in your region. You will be part of a national Support Team and work collaboratively to ensure administrative objectives across the Employment Services branch are met. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as entering quality data into a range of systems, organising uniforms and specialist equipment for staff, taking meeting minutes, making travel bookings.
Skills and Experience required we are looking for someone who can demonstrate. Strong customer service experience, including in hospitality, retail, or contact centre. An understanding of Te Ao Māori or a desire to learn in this space. Administration skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work. Energy and a can-do, proactive and friendly attitude. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. You must have a New Zealand driver's license and be comfortable driving around the CBD occasionally.
