About the role the Porirua Office is a fast paced and dynamic office that looks after a variety of visa types. We are seeking an exceptional Support Officer to join our amazing team. As a Support Officer, you will support our Immigration Officers with administrative and operational support services in accordance with organisational needs.

We'd love to hear from self-starters who want to be the best and deliver the best outcomes for New Zealand. In return we offer ongoing professional development & learning. Regular performance and remuneration reviews with the opportunity to work along-side senior members of the team. Flexible start times: The office opens at 6am and closes at 6pm. You can arrive any time before 9:30am, work your hours and go home for the day.

Skills and Experience required customer focussed and oriented. An ability to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritise work to achieve team and branch outcomes. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Good communication skills.

Excellent file management and organisational skills. Flexible with working on high caseloads in high pressure situations. Willingness to make a positive difference and continuous process improvements. Comfortable with the use of technology especially within the MS Office applications. A strong moral compass and be known to act with integrity in all day-to-day activities.
