Responsibilities prepare full set of relevant documentation. Import/export/cross-trade/re-export procedures. Prepare shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents. Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance company and bank. Inventory management in production & delivery planning.
Requirements ITE / 'A' level / Diploma or equivalent. 2 years experiences in Full Set Import and Export Trade Procedures. Familiarity with shipping or manufacturing procedures. Ability to understand and apply common shipping plus marketing terminology. Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently.
