About the role we are currently seeking a part time student support officer to join our RTO. (This position is approximately 25 hours weekly but may lead to a fulltime opportunity in the near future).

The right candidate will need to, but not limited to handle student's documents and files. Report to the Junior and/or Senior Administrative Coordinators on a daily basis. Follow GCA procedures and policies to deal with day to day operations for compliance requirements. Assist the administrative staff with day-to-day operations.

Process meeting documents and reports daily. Communicate with students and internal/external stakeholders via email, phone and face-to-face when required. Process students' request and queries. Provide high quality client services.

The right candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication and hand over skills. Good organisational and time management skills. An excellent attitude towards work. Great professional skills, Great teamwork. Ability to troubleshoot issues within own scope of responsibility and report to the relevant parties. Good technology/IT skills. Familiar with Microsoft word and excel software. Experience with VETtrak and PRISMS is preferable. Experience in the International Education sector is preferable.
