Imagine Education is a private education company operating in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, offering vocational qualifications in business, marketing, aged care, child care, automotive, and hospitality, as well as English courses.

Due to continued growth Imagine Education requires a Student Services Officer for our Campus located in Spring Hill. The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of customer service to students regarding enrolments, orientation, tuition payments, and general enquiries.

Applicants must have the following skills and experience minimum 12 months experience in an office environment. Basic level skills in office products including outlook, databases, Excel and Word. Experience with taking, receipting and recording payments including banking. Attention to detail.

Professional presentation and phone manner. The ability to multi task, learn quickly and work independently. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Applicants will be required to apply for a blue card. Experience in an international education environment would be an advantage.
