Student Connect Officer Griffith University location Brisbane. $65112 - $68700 p.a.
Diverse, fun and fast paced front line student interfacing role fixed Term opportunities at either Nathan or Gold Coast campuses. Base of $65,112 - $68,700 FTE per annum, pro rata. Creating a brighter future for all join the Student Connect team. They provides administrative support and services to students across the lifecycle, from admission to enrolment, fees management, timetabling, and examination management to graduation.
A network of campus-based Student Centres provides front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Student Connect also provides business leadership for the University's suite of student systems and e-service solutions. Deliver high-quality face-to-face and phone service to our students. Work as part of our front-line team, taking a high volume of phone calls each day, alternating with taking face-to-face enquires at the front counter and responding to emails. We have the following multiple fixed-term opportunities available at Nathan or Gold Coast campuses, and we are ready to offer our intensive training package to you.
About you highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional customer service skills. Enjoy providing high-level customer service in a busy and face-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-level customer service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment. You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Previous experience working with students in a tertiary environment, or a call centre will be highly regarded, but it is not compulsory. The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $65,112 - $68,700 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $76,181 - $80,379 per annum.
