What You’ll Do
Create a store experience that customers rave about
Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver strong financial results
Oversee daily operations—stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales
Coach and inspire your team to achieve greatness
Champion compliance, safety, and company standards
Be the ultimate brand ambassador and customer advocate
About You
3–5 years in retail management (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands a plus!)
Proven success in a KPI-driven environment
A natural leader who loves coaching and motivating teams
Polished communication and professional presentation
Tech-savvy and ready to embrace omni-channel retail
