About the Role
As an Anaconda Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring a team of 30+ staff in a big-box retail environment
Driving financial performance, including P&L management and KPI achievement- SMASHING goals
Managing high stock volumes efficiently and ensuring seamless store operations
Delivering an exceptional customer experience and being a strong brand ambassador
Coaching and developing a strong talent pipeline within your team (identify talent within the team)
Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional execution
Leading by example—motivating your team and creating a fun, dynamic workplace
Who We’re Looking For

Proven retail store leadership experience in a large-format retailer
Experience managing teams of 30+ team members
Strong financial acumen & execution – including P&L, forecasting, and trend analysis
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Expertise in high-volume stock management
Passion for outdoor adventure and customer engagement
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
