Job Description
Based in at our Liverpool location, the Stakeholder Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing engagement plans and initiatives with community, referring agencies and other stakeholders to promote the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) programs and range of services. The role is also responsible for identifying and developing business and partnership opportunities to deliver growth and expansion of both the AMEP & SEE Programs and Work Based Training intiatives.

Qualifications
Essential:

A relevant degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
Familiarity with business environments in the education sector
Sound business and financial acumen, balanced by a talent for creative thinking and problem solving
Demonstrated negotiation skills and a willingness to work and collaborate with others
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships and networks both internally and externally
High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural learning environment.
Desirable:

Previous experience in business development of government contracted education services
Knowledge and experience of marketing, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, branding, building media presence and public relations.
