Specialist Customer Communications Copywriter SKY TV location Auckland.
About the role as the Customer Communications Copywriter & Delivery Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative design, execution and delivery of our direct to customer and service communications (Direct Mail, Email, SMS and more).
As part of the Customer Engagement team, your combined purpose is to deliver sustainable value for our customers and shareholders. This will be achieved through delivering compelling communications that support ARPU optimisation, increased customer retention, driving lower costs to serve, most importantly improving overall customer satisfaction and building brand engagement. This is a part-time, permanent role, approximately .5 FTE or 16-21 hours per week with some flexibility required.
What Skills and Experience you’ll need minimum of 8 years’ direct to customer marketing. Experience in people leadership. Experience in building a full customer lifecycle communications programme. Customer centric – ensure that the customer is placed at the heart of every decision and are a disciple of leveraging insights to growth. Proven ability to blend creative flair and judgement and the art of storytelling. The Cherry on the top an excellent salary package, including a laptop. Free Sky and Free Neon.
