Specialist Administration Support Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment location Auckland.

The role in this role you will provide Specialist Administration Support to members of the Auckland Litigation Team in the Legal, Ethics and Privacy Branch of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. You will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Auckland Litigation team solicitors and for using your strong organisational skills and initiative to process assigned tasks and resolve issues.

Forward thinking with an ability to anticipate the needs of those you support. Someone able to build strong relationships and likes to be part of a team.

Able to co-ordinate the management of litigation files under the direction of the responsible solicitor. Draft correspondence as required. Assist with drafting and collating Court documents as required. Provide administrative support including organising travel, equipment, liaising with IT, and other miscellaneous duties. You will also have a full New Zealand drivers licence and the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
