Willow Urban Retreat is an urban wellness hub located in Armadale, Melbourne which combines the best of wholesome food, movement, holistic spa services and retail. We are seeking an experienced casual Spa Receptionist to join the spa team.

Your formidable customer service skills coupled with exceptional organisational skills in reservations, reporting, cash handling and yield management will be asset in securing this role. We are seeking a true team player to ensure the smooth running of our wellness spa, furthermore skill and experience in the delivery of spa services is considered an advantage. Your role reports directly to the Assistant Spa Manager.

What will make you the ideal candidate ideally a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy. Outstanding performance in a busy reception area. Devoted to executing a premium customer service experience. Outstanding communication and an ability to meet retail sales targets. Excellent personal presentation and grooming.

A desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge. Highly organised and able to deliver a premium customer service experience at high demand times. Flexibility with working shifts and available to work Saturday or Sunday (or both).
