THE WORK:
Accenture is seeking a Solution Lead to help deliver high‑impact business and technology solutions for clients across asset‑intensive industries including mining, rail, energy, utilities, and manufacturing.
In this role, you’ll provide integrated leadership across business, operational, and technical domains, working alongside Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, adoptable, and deliver real business outcomes.
This role is not a pure Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role. It requires an individual who can integrate business intent, operational realities, technical delivery, and organisational change into a cohesive and successful solution outcome.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead solution outcomes across complex business and technology programs
Align client strategy, operational needs, and delivery execution
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
Guide decision‑making through ambiguity and competing priorities
Ensure solutions are scalable, operationally practical, and value‑focused
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary solution delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and decision leadership capability
Exposure to asset‑intensive or industrial environments
