The Opportunity

Due to growth in the region, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Manager to join our Ballarat team to cover builds in the Ballarat and surrounding areas.

The Role

Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
About You

Previous experience in Site Management in volume building in Victoria
Strong Ability to Manage the Building Process from start to finish
You are willing to be a team player
Motivated and driven
A customer-focused person, with good communication skills and
A positive can-do attitude
