Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Site Liaison to assist with the Business Development team to support our projects currently under construction. You’ll be the go-to person for site coordination, client communication, and a few extras—like hosting BBQs to keep our teams connected and engaged

The successful applicant will be required to:

Building strong relationships with Site Managers and supporting their day to day needs
Conduct site reconciliations and inspections of returned materials
Monitor and implement improvements based on site feedback
Assist with urgent deliveries as required
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure smooth communication
Participate in staff training and development activities
Ensure punctual commencement of work and adherence to schedules
Follow all site security procedures and protocols
Drive the company Ute and tow the BBQ trailer to various sites for events
Work with Sales Reps to host and manage on-site BBQs to promote team engagement and morale
Work with Sales Reps to plan and implement site signage
Following company policies around paperwork, customer files, and uniform
Attend team meetings and contribute to group discussions
