Roles and responsibilities managing the construction projects. Overseeing the main activities done at the project location. Setting out and organizing facilities for the workers to work at the site. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

Managing the employees deployed at your work site. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. Liaising with the office staff about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials. Ensuring the health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated. Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards. Keeping detailed records of construction site activities. Qualification Diploma/Degree. Salary $1800 to $2000.
