The Opportunity
Our Chevallum showroom is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Showroom Consultant to manage day-to-day showroom obligations and deliver exceptional service. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for builders, trades and homeowners, providing technical advice and tailored solutions.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, as you will often be the sole person in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist showroom visitors with product selection and queries
Handle phone and web enquiries, prepare quotes and manage follow-up
Support external sales reps with quotations and administration
Maintain CRM updates and sales documentation
Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
About You
Proven consultative sales experience (retail/showroom or hospitality)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to learn technical product knowledge and industry standards
Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems
Comfortable working alone and managing the showroom independently
Full-time availability: Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm
