Due to business growth, we are currently hiring a Settlements Lead based out of our Plantations Woolgoolga Over 50's Community.

Reporting to the Community Sales Manager, this role will see you coordinate the end-to-end settlement activities across Ingenia Communities. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring a smooth, positive, warm, and compliant experience at every stage of the Sales/Settlement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the settlement journey from deposit to settlement, delivering a smooth, compliant and positive experience
Coordinate settlement documentation, key dates and readiness while managing settlement pipelines across the community
Deliver thoughtful customer touchpoints and support community events in line with the Ingenia Way
Maintain accurate CRM records, uphold governance requirements and support the Sales Manager with overflow activities as needed
Work collaboratively with sales, project, legal and marketing teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks

About You

Customer‑focused and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting people through major life decisions
Experienced managing multiple customers or accounts at different stages of a sales or home settlement journey
A strong communicator who builds trust, adapts messaging and works well with diverse stakeholders
Detail‑oriented, organised and proactive in managing documentation, timelines and risks
Results‑driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a community‑based, onsite environment
