Service Desk Analyst or Desktop Support Analyst - Level 1 Talent location Sydney. Salary $55000 - $70000 per annum.
We are urgently seeking a L1 Desktop support analyst to join an Australian Owned Managed Services Brand, based in Sydney CBD. The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or email which includes performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine the best solution based on the issue and detailed provided by customers.
Key skills and experiences Knowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites including Office 365. Microfost, Citrix, Cisco, HP experience. Attainment of a current accredited Microsoft certification. Tertiary qualification. Experience supporting Mac devices. Excellent communication skills.
