Service Coordinator Barnardos NZ location Otago. $23 - $25.50 per hour.

As a Barnardos Early Learning Service Coordinator you will provide administrative support and customer service for our early learning services  You will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, flexibility and the ability to build strong relationships.

Key responsibilities greet clients/customers, assist or direct queries to the appropriate person. Data entry, filing and invoicing ensuring all relevant information is accurately and securely maintained. Auditing paperwork to ensure compliance internally and externally. Account reconciliation.

Skills and experience you will be an outstanding, well-organised and efficient Administrator excited about making a difference for children. To undertake this role, you will have previous experience in an administrative role (ideally in the not-for-profit and/or early learning sector).

proven planning and organisation skills. a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. great communication skills, both verbal and written. NCEA Level 2 or above (or equivalent qualification). experience using Microsoft Office products .
