Due to continued growth within their residential division, our client is now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Property Manager / Department Head who can motivate a property management team and take the reins of an elite, premium portfolio. The position in the role of senior property manager / department head, you will lead a dedicated property management team, establish enduring relationships with existing clients and streamline processes to grow and develop a prestige rent roll. Your key responsibilities will include manage a highly developed portfolio of 220 properties, nurture existing client relationships and grow the portfolio, manage all repairs and maintenance, maintain arrears and conduct rent reviews, oversee and mentor the property management team, resolve escalated conflicts between landlords and tenants, implement all new systems and procedures within the department, prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required. The person the ideal candidate for the role of senior property manager / department head will be passionate, experienced and equipped with the skills to lead a team and drive results. You will be a proven innovator who is ahead of the game and always seeking new ways to streamline processes within your department. In particular, you will have a solid track record in property management, current nsw certificate of registration or real estate licence, proven experience managing and mentoring staff, a forward thinker and champion for innovation, process-driven with a love of systems and structure, a strong negotiator with first class conflict resolution skills, immaculate personal presentation, valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, apply in strict confidence.
