Responsibilities to conceptualize, plan and implement overall advertising and promotional activities for shopping mall to generate revenues, to handle requests and enquires on the usage of promotional and advertising panel space within the mall, to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns using social media, bloggers and etc to deliver information and key messages to the public, to plan and control marcom budget and ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget, to build relations with the tenants and garner their participation in the mall’s activities, to evaluate results of marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis. Requirements candidate must at least possess a degree in marketing or mass communications or equivalent, at least 6 years’ relevant of working experience in retail / hospitality industry, must have knowledge and experience in in developing and executing creative digital marketing campaigns, creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, excellent written and verbal communications skills, possess passion in shopping malls business, prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
