Senior IT Engineer location Admiralty / Woodlands, North. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name SWiZ Technologies Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities responsible for day-to-day management & administration of various IT systems. Provide day-to-day level 1 & 2 service desk support & ensure proper resolution in our ticketing system. Provide customers with timely, professional & effective IT support (via Onsite, Remote & Phone support). Support & administrate enterprise IT solutions in Microsoft (Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure), Virtualization (Vmware, Hyper-V) & Hyper Converge (Nutanix).

Support & administrate enterprise utility solutions, Backup (Veeam, Shadow Protect), Anti-virus (Sophos and Sentinel One). Support various servers, NAS/SAN storage & backup hardware platform (Lenovo, IBM, Dell, HPE). Support various firewall (Fortinet, Sophos). Vendor coordination & management. Create, maintain & update technical documentation & standard operating procedures. Evaluate & implement new IT systems for new business initiatives. Provide technical training for Helpdesk Agents and Junior Engineers.

Requirements candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification. Min 3 years of experience in System Integrator environment. Proficient knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies such as TCP/IP, Virtualization (VMware & Hyper-V), Exchange, server, networks, Active Directory & Group Policies. Positive attitude & likes challenges.

Self-starter & have the willingness to learn. Team player, yet independent. Willing to travel around Singapore for onsite support. Able to handle stress & work under pressure. Good at multitasking & prioritizing tasks. Knowledge of basic IT Security is a plus. Certification of MSCA/MCSE/CCNA/CCNP is a plus.

Other information location Near Admiralty MRT station, Working Hours: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Mon – Fri). Salary up to $3500 (Salary will commensurate according to knowledge, experience & performance).
