KPMG's Global Mobility Services team are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our Tax Advisory Services (TAS) team. It is the TAS team's responsibility to deliver value-add services to our clients through the provision of technical tax advisory services and global mobility policy design.

Forming part of the Tax and Legal - People Services division, this role will play a key part in the Global Mobility Services advisory team by:

Helping clients understand and manage their regulatory tax compliance obligations for their internationally mobile workforce
Assisting in the management of a portfolio of multinational clients including interaction with KPMG international teams for the delivery of services
Leveraging data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax advice in an accurate and timely manner
Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities
Ensure tax advisor deliverables are technically accurate and prepared to a high standard on a timely basis
Work with other groups to ensure the smooth execution of all compliance activities

Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams is essential
Qualifications from a University in accounting, HR or law
Experience in the provision of tax advisory services for employers and employees is highly desirable
Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates will be highly regarded
