About the Role
As a Senior CCR, you’ll help lead our client care team and support clients during some of the most challenging moments they’ll face with their pets.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to daily operations; ensuring processes run smoothly, guiding the team, and maintaining a calm, empathetic and professional front of house. This is a varied role that blends leadership, administration, and client communication in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting and mentoring our client care team.
Providing professional and empathetic communication to clients both in person and over the phone.
Overseeing administrative tasks including payments, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Maintaining compliance with hospital systems, software and procedures.
Working closely with the veterinary and nursing teams to support quality patient care.
Variety of shifts – days, nights, weekends, public holidays.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in administration, client care, or a similar role.
High emotional intelligence and resilience.
A calm, professional, and empathetic approach when supporting clients and colleagues.
Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
A growth mindset, with a genuine desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced medical environment is highly regarded.
