Senior Business Administration Azwood Ltd location Tasman.

Key responsibilities accounts and Administration – Working closely alongside the managing director and management team to support them in achieving the business’ goals, as well as general office administration and processing of accounts. Human Resources – Managing the recruitment process.

This is a very diverse role offering both routine and variety to each day. The accounts part of the role gives you a deep dive into the business and helps you to learn a lot about our products and customers, while the administration part gives insight into higher level business knowledge and gives the opportunity to get to know team members from across all sites. The human resource and recruiting side of the role gives opportunities to look for and find exciting and new talent to build upon our valued team.

Experience Required 2+ years’ experience in business. 1+ years’ experience in administration. 1+ years’ experience in human resources. Accounts experience beneficial. What we are looking for in a candidate can-do attitude - an open mind and preparedness to put your hand to any task. Good at prioritizing work and a willingness to delegate tasks when needed. Caring – genuinely interested in getting to know team members and helping them out when needed. Excellent organizational/planning skills. Excellent time management skills.
