Visify is redefining what financial support looks like for growing businesses – and as we grow, we’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. About the Role This is a full-time position based in our Bundaberg CBD office. You’ll be supporting our team and clients by: – Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for clients, – Being responsible for client lodgements, including BAS, IAS, and TPAR – Using Xero, MYOB and other Accounting/ERP platforms to manage daily transactions and maintain records – Managing accounts payable and receivable – Running payrolls for a range of clients and managing superannuation payments – Performing accurate and timely bank account reconciliations – Posting journals and supporting month-end processes – Liaising with clients and suppliers with professionalism – Helping improve internal processes as part of a collaborative team About You You’re an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper who enjoys working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results. You’ll bring: – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior bookkeeping role – Ability to manage multiple clients, with proven experience in prioritising tasklists, maintaining timely and professional communication, and meeting all deadlines – Solid working knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero & MYOB essential) – Strong understanding of payroll, GST, BAS, and general compliance requirements – Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills – A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to engage directly with clients and provide meaningful insights – Familiarity with tools such as HubDoc, Dext, Fathom, NetSuite, or XBert (desirable but not essential) – A qualification in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance Who We Are Visify is unlocking a new model of financial support for SMEs across a wide range of industries including trades, manufacturing, real estate and professional services.
