Our client who is a well established and market leading property group is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a part-time basis, 3 days a week.

Due to a upcoming retirement, there is now an excellent opportunity to join a high performing business and a great team. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and have a range of responsibilities including maintaining and updating the accounts payable database to ensure that supplier details are current, accurate and not duplicated. Managing the accounts payable inbox & respond to queries. Month end reconciliations. Cash flow forecasting. Assisting with various ad‐hoc projects as they occur.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will possess minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience working in an accounts payable team (ideally in the property industry). Excellent commitment to detail and accuracy and keeping well documented files and reconciliations.
