Security Guard Private Advertiser location Wellington.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated individual to join their small knit team.

This role would require you to be alert, observant and proactive. Report any ‘out of the ordinary’ activities using incident reports. Identify any potential hazards or security risks and breach. Maintain professional work relationships with the staff and clients. Provide foot patrolling on-site – you will be on your feet for long periods. Be available to work rotational shifts including weekends, evenings & nights

Reasonable fitness as there maybe some walking involved and you need to be able to stand for long periods of time. Comfortable and confident speaking to a diverse range of people.  Good, clear written and spoken English.

To work in the industry, you need to be/have excellent customer services and communication skills from security or other similar industries. A current Certificate of Approval (COA) is a must. Ability to pass a detailed background convictions check. New Zealand Driver’s License. At least 18 years old.
