Description
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, growing, and leading our Salesforce capabilities, with clear pathways into leadership as the practice scales. Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will drive the development of our practice, influence strategy, establish best practices, and be part of a company that’s investing in Salesforce and your future leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and execute end-to-end functional consulting across multiple Salesforce clouds (lead client workshops discovery sessions, define business requirements, produce functional specifications, workflows).
Collaborate in presales – Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling Salesforce solutions for clients and participate in scope definition, demos and solution design activities.
Advise and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to a range of industries (with an initial focus on Energy, Utilities and Financial Services industries).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, design scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation.
Attend client and pre-sales workshops in person as needed, fostering confidence and building rapport by asking the right questions and maintaining high engagement to accurately capture requirements.
Demonstrate strong and meticulous documentation skills to develop comprehensive end-to-end Statements of Work, including detailed scope, assumptions, business process flows, and technical diagrams where applicable.

Deep expertise in core Salesforce functionality:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Education, Financial Services Cloud, Public Sector solutions (preferred not required)
Data Cloud, Agentforce
Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, delivering large-scale solutions.
Strong presales experience, with the ability to influence and shape customer solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, grow, and lead a project end to end.
Sound commercial acumen – ability to align business goals with Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds (or commitment to upskill as required).
Experience working with Education, Financial Services, and Public sector industries preferred.
