The Sport Sales Manager NSW/VIC is accountable for driving sustainable growth, premium brand execution, and operational excellence across Oakley, Ray-Ban, and Bliz within a strategically critical territory, with a strong emphasis on building deep, value-led partnerships with key customers.

This role leads and develops a high-performance field sales team, owns territory strategy and GTM execution, and actively engages senior customer stakeholders to influence joint business planning, sell-in, sell-through, and in-store execution. Acting as the primary link between the field and the broader business, the role translates market and customer insight into commercial planning, product strategy, and forecasting, while upholding disciplined governance, compliance, and brand standards.

Your responsibilties

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team, owning hiring, onboarding, performance management, and capability building.
Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching, trust, and continuous improvement.
Drive field execution excellence through disciplined call cycles, in-field coaching, productivity metrics, and performance reviews.
Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan with clear quarterly milestones, channel prioritisation, and growth strategies.
Own commercial outcomes, delivering revenue, distribution, and category penetration targets with accurate forecasting and risk management.
Lead GTM and seasonal execution, ensuring strong sell-in storytelling, assortments, and sell-through performance with key customers.
Build and strengthen strategic customer partnerships, acting as the senior escalation point and supporting complex negotiations.
Expand distribution through new business development while protecting channel integrity and brand fit.
Ensure retail excellence through strong VM execution, brand standards, staff training, and collaboration with trade marketing.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights, improve forecasting, support national initiatives, and drive operational excellence, compliance, and innovation.

About you

3–5+ years leadership experience in wholesale, consumer goods, sport, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success leading field teams and driving multi-million-dollar territories.
Strong forecasting, commercial planning, and analytical capability.
Ability to influence at all levels - internal and external.
High operational discipline and executional excellence.
Strong resilience, relationship skills, and a growth mindset.
Understanding of premium brand visual merchandising and activation.

Work environment

Field-based role with regular customer visits across NSW & VIC.
HQ located in North Sydney.
Requires interstate travel and occasional flexibility outside standard hours for global alignment.
