The Opportunity

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will:

Restore cherished jewellery and contribute to memorable customer moments.
Perform expert repairs including resizing, retipping, soldering, structural work, polishing, and finishing.
Grow your craft working with diverse and modern jewellery styles.
Collaborate with a supportive workshop team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Help shape best practices and repair processes within the Service Centre.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience as a jeweller or repair specialist.
Laser Welding and/or stone setting experience.
Meticulous craftsmanship, with confidence working across metals and gemstones.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Reliability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
A passion for quality and a commitment to excellence.
Trade certification in jewellery or a related field
