Employment Term: Full time permanent position

Location: Caboolture with regular travel to Brisbane

Remuneration: Attractive industry salary package + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Allowances

BlueCare is entering an exciting period of growth and change across our Community and Residential services. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and delivering sales growth, occupancy, and customer conversion outcomes across BlueCare Community and Residential portfolios.

This role translates customer strategy into executable sales plans, drives revenue and occupancy performance, and builds a consistent, high performing sales culture across service lines and is accountable for implementation, performance and results.

In this role, you will:

Lead sales and growth across Community and Residential services

Drive occupancy, acquisition, conversion, and pipeline performance

Execute pricing, campaigns, and market-responsive initiatives

Oversee CRM (Salesforce), forecasting, budgets, and KPIs

Optimise sales processes and customer experience

Lead and develop high-performing sales teams

Set clear targets, accountability, and incentive frameworks

Build a customer-centred, high-performance culture

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support growth

Monitor performance, report insights, and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance and manage sales-related risks

What makes a difference for us?

Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.

Extensive experience leading multisite, multiportfolio sales teams. ‑site, multi‑portfolio sales teams

Proven track record in developing a sales culture

Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and occupancy outcomes

Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability

High level analytical, reporting and CRM capability

Experience in aged care, health or not-for-profit sectors

Understanding of aged care funding and regulatory environments

Change leadership experience in complex service environments

Satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policy
