You will be responsible for managing the daily salon operations, which includes nails and lash services, attending to the diverse needs and requests of our customers and staff at all levels, driving retail sales and monthly targets, implementing staff training programs to upskill team members in product and technical knowledge, supporting the front desk operations, managing monthly retail and stock inventories, interview, hiring and training of new staff, social media postings and monthly promotion materials. Requirements minimum 2 years experience in a supervisor or manager role in a salon, experience and knowledge of microsoft excel and word, proven track record of retail achievements, strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent leadership and people management skills, a good team player, independent, mature and self-driven, savvy with computers and social media apps, knowledge or experience in manicure and pedicure services is a plus.
