Sales and Customer Service Adventure South New Zealand location Canterbury. $55,000 – $70,000 per year.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant who is passionate about biking, hiking and who enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Come and be part of Adventure South NZ, New Zealand's most dynamic small group travel operator who has proudly delivered world class adventures across Aotearoa for more than 30 years.

We are looking for natural born problem solver with well developed communication skills. Working in a team you will connect guests with our range of small group hiking and biking itineraries as well as designing bespoke adventures for a variety of clients such as schools, charities or corporates. This variety will ensure no two days are alike.

A knowledge of active travel in New Zealand is essential: With it, you’ll bring proven track record of success in sales from within the travel industry or similar. Passion for travel and a strong understanding of New Zealand's network of hiking and cycling tracks and trails.

The ability to be a proactive team member, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.

Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
