Sales Account Manager location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Above HR. Education Level Diploma. Sales account manager (audio / visual) (annual package $70k - $90k) (east), no agency fees chargeable, established audio visual organisation, opportunity to grow and room for career developments. Attractive Remuneration Packages and Staff Benefits including $500 transport allowance, erp / parking / season parking up to $200, commission up $3k per month, monthly salary range from $3,300 to $4,000 (depending on qualifications and experience). Job descriptions achieve sales performance targets (gross profit and gross profit margin) set by the sales director and maintain good client relations with key accounts in accordance with sav’s standards, solution selling for integrated audio visual and videoconferencing solution to customer, involve in design, selling and project delivery through working closely with renowned supplier, av designer, engineer and project lead. Sales generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at mncs / new buildings or projects across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities, conduct research on competitor activities on managed accounts and projects, proactively engage customers and stakeholders from introduction to closure of sales, prepare company’s sales pitch and present company solution to "c" level executives and propose project implementation timeline to clients for their upcoming projects, work closely with av designer team to develop client solutions, negotiate pricing with partners as part of project costing in the bid process to ensure commercial viability. Client relationship manage and ensure all issues are resolved between internal departments and external customers, maintain healthy client working relationships with existing key accounts, work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments. Admin and logistics, collate all required information (e.g. contract, contact information, costing, bill of material, project costs, payment terms etc.) to ensure smooth project handover to relevant stakeholders, project lead for project execution and transition, operations support for administrative support, ensure equipment eta meets delivery date upon commencement of the project. Job requirements must possess at least a local diploma of any field, candidate with diploma in engineering discipline has an advantage, good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in providing services or product to the interior design company specialise in corporate renovation for mnc, hard-working / passionate / good team player / approachable, able to commence work soon is preferred.
