Description
Ventia is seeking an experienced Rigger to join our Wireless team on the MOCN project, delivering 4G and 5G upgrades for Optus across NSW. This is a full-time, fixed-term role through to March 2026, with the potential to extend.

About the Role
You’ll be part of a high-performing team working on telecommunications towers all over NSW. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving travel, shift work, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
Mobilising to site, loading materials, and reviewing build schedules
Performing external rigging works on monopoles and lattice towers
Installing antennas, radios, TMAs, hybrid cables, and interpreting full construction drawings
Demobilising and transitioning to the next site as per project schedule
What you’ll need:
Mandatory:
Basic Rigging, Dogman & EWP tickets.
Rigging experience (Optus/Telco preferred, civil considered)
Ability to interpret construction and plumbing drawings
Preferred:
First Aid, CPR, Tower Rescue
VOC on winches
