An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic Goolwa team!

This is an ongoing, casual part time role, working across Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday roster.

As a retail team member, you will become part of a dedicated store team and will often be the first point of contact with our customers either face to face or via the phone. Following a great induction, you'll use your customer service, retail, or perhaps even trade background in providing an unparalleled level of services to our loyal customers. More broadly, your day-today activities as a part of our "A" team will include:

Assist customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
Flexibility to work in hardware and garden sales as required
Participation in training and personal development sessions
Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

Proven passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Experience in a Garden Centre/Trade or Hardware sector whilst preferred is not essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to develop new skills in a retail environment
Computer literacy
