THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available in Retail Sales & Design. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, listening to customers' needs and providing solutions - the customer brings the dream, you bring the how to! This is a full-time rostered position including Saturday shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing exceptional customer service and selling goods
Assist customers to find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
Guiding customers through the design process
Maintaining store stock levels
Participation in training and personal development sessions
General housekeeping activities
Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to excellence and self-development
