Perth CBD | Mooro, Land of the Whadjuk Noongar People

CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to handle lease administration, arrears, retailer relationships and owner reporting across a portfolio of northern Perth assets. You'll be based in the CBD and work closely with a Centre Manager and Facilities Manager who each bring complementary skill sets, so you can focus on what you do best.

Perfect for a Retail Manager who already knows their way around leases, arrears and owner reporting, and is looking for a portfolio and a client that reward that experience properly.

In this role, you will:
Manage lease administration, arrears and outgoings reconciliation across the portfolio
Prepare and deliver accurate owner reporting and financial summaries
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Lead renewals, licence agreements and short-form leasing transactions
Collaborate with the Centre Manager and FM team on centre-level strategy and performance

About You
You're an experienced Retail Manager who is confident running leases, arrears and owner reporting with minimal oversight. You know how to manage retailer relationships professionally and you're ready for a portfolio that matches your experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Retail Manager or in a comparable retail property role
Strong working knowledge of lease administration, arrears management and owner reporting
Confident relationship management skills with a solutions-focused mindset
A WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one
Organised, self-directed and confident managing multiple sites and stakeholders
