The Role:
Our LEGO store offers an awesome range of building toys and brick sets in a fun welcoming environment that kids and adults will love alike!

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Melbourne Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Wide availability between Monday-Sunday highly advantageous
*Early shifts can be from 5:30am with closing shifts ending at 9:30pm
*Having a car for ease of transport highly regarded

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for LEGO and customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
