The Role:
Discover is a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet.
The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs.​

We’re looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Adelaide Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Minimum availability 3-4 days per week
*Weekends are regarded but not essential, flexibility is crucial
*Own transport needed to cover early and late shifts

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
